No modem (or email) and old BB cancelled

Upgraded my sky to include Broadband. My old B/B cancelled today but I received no email or message from Sky, Did not receive Modem and now have no Broadband

@TimmyBGood they did not give me an activation date. Got nothing from them except the usual email when i ordered.

@Broadband66 if you are in Ireland you will need to call Sky Ireland if there are no details in the My Order section of the My Sky app.
