No longer able to see WiFi signal from any devices (mobile phones, smart TV or sky puck)

No longer able to see sky network in list of available WiFi networks. 

This applies to all devices that were previously connected (mobile phones, smart TV and Sky puck).

All the lights on the 2 sky "boxes" inside the house have the usual lights showing as normal.

 

Therefore currently without any internet.

@Andrew206 if you have a white Sky Max hub there are a number of similar reports which appear to be sorted by factory resetting the hub which is done by pressing and holding in the WPS button until the led flashes which can take up to 30 seconds.

When I connect to the router with a LAN cable everything is fine but this means I can only use one laptop and nothing else.
