No lights on sky max hub

Hi, my Internet is working perfectly but for a while now there are no lights whatsoever on the hub. When I first got it the lights worked. But now there are no lights at all, I've turned off/on repeatably but no lights whatsoever. 🤷

On my previous hub the internet light use to be quite dim until it didn't show at all but it worked just fine. I suppose you have done a reboot so it is up to you what you do now, you could call Sky to see if they will send you a replacement hub and if they you will need to return this one:
