No lights on hub, and LAN light off on fibre box
Hi
Our WiFi has stopped working.
We've checked and there are no lights whatsoever on the hub, and the LAN light is off on the fibre box

Have you tried plugging the hub into a different socket? It sounds like either you have a faulty power socket or a faulty hub.
