No lights in Ethernet

Hi. The Ethernet ports on my router do not have any lights flashing and the sky q box says no ip address obtained when trying to connect via cable. The physics cable is ok as I have checked on other devices

Ps, it's an sr213 router

@Jo366 There is no lights on the SR213 sky Max hub for the Ethernet port unless they are model specific etc, the SR203 sky Broadband Hub does have them though!

Thanks, that would make sense. Any idea why the sky q would say say that it can't find an up address when connected via Ethernet? I've turned the WiFi on the q box off in the hidden settings

@Jo366 No idea, have not used a sky Q for years now, returned the product but use my own sat box instead!
