No internet

Why does my devices show connected to WiFi bit no Internet. I can get this several times a day and have to restart devices and mess about until I get internet

WiFi is not internet: if the router (Hub) is working but the external broadband connection has dropped then you'll see those symptoms.

 

You'll need to log a fault with Sky for Openreach attention.
