No internet yet again. But checker saying all is ok when it absolutely isn't!

No Internet to my home. Yet the checker says all is ok when this absolutely is not the case It happens almost daily now!

Internet is down yet again in my area. You'd think with the amount we pay we'd have a reliable service. Even when it's working, it's slow as anything
