No internet whilst broadband band checker saying all fine

There is no Internet.

Ran the broadband checker and checked the plugs etc....

The checkers summary was that all looked fine

Still same issue

I am having similar issues. WiFi keeps dropping out for past few days and then comes back. Very disruptive as I'm working from home.

Yes same.

It feels like it is related to the issue I had last week Friday evening. Where there was an outage in my area and was resolved the following day in the evening.

Same here, no issues reported when I ran the checks and all lights on the router are on, with a slightly faint light on internet. But cannot connect to my wifi

Sky fibre out in the Towcester area. Getting really annoying now.  I want compensation!!!

I'm having similar issues in Newcastle-under-Lyme.

Switched to Sky from Vodafone on Monday, internet hasn't worked properly since, particularly on my iPad.

Sky broadband checker says everything is working properly.
My speedtest says ping of 818, and no download at all.

I'm using a mesh hub, which is the same as before.

The internet connection went back on after 30minutes at around 5:15pm down here in Towcester. It was out for 30 minutes. So I had no internet and no TV as I use sky puck and stream. Beginning to get hacked off with these outages now!!
