No internet (we can’t see your hub)

Internet cut out yesterday evening and came back this morning but now it's cut off again. Never had a problem like this before.

Power - green

wifi - green

Internet - no light

voice - no light

 

I've tried all the troubleshooting and service checker fails on connection to your hub test and says: 

We can't see your hub

We tried to check the connection to your hub but it's not responding. It might not be switched on.

@Nb911 The no light and the not switched on are the same as the system cannot distinguish either condition, so you need to call sky!

Cheers, yeah got an engineer coming tomorrow, came here hoping for a quick fix.
