No internet to my sky box

Hello Iv no internet Iv switched the box off and it won't connect to my sky box so Iv had no internet to my sky box for nearly two days now 

would someone be able to help me please @Nikk96

@Nikk96 Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

Iv tryed what you said to do and still nothing an tested my speed an everything but still nothing
