No internet through my Sky Broadband router - green lights everywhere

noticed since about 7am today, still an issue after 9am - re-booted all relevant boxes a few times - previously had an orange light on the router but this has gone green in last 30/40 minutes but still no internet.  All other lights green

Interesting as Sky fibre only usually uses the Openreach infrastructure...

Update - on iPhone, connects to the WiFI but get message "No Internet Connection"

Im having the exact same problem this morning (and last night).  Green lights across the board, reset the box but nothing is working.  No wifi getting to devices.

All green light on. No internet connection. Websites are not loading. Rebooted few times, no joy.

same problem - LEDs look fine but no internet. un-Plugged etc but no luck

Same here - all green - no internet. Even customer service line is not working

Have the same issue, WIFI doesn't work, ethernet doesn't work, nothing is working have to use data to be able to work from home. Can you plesae update what is the outage? When is it suppose to be fixed?

Thanks for the update - i only moved from Virgin Media to Sky a few day ago - Dublin area here - guess we sit and wait....
