Hi I am sending this due to the internet connection which keeps going off the whole of the estate was off Sunday and looks like the same thing again today not only is the connection been bad but the internet connection is what I call iffy so one minute working great then the next the speed isn't so my grandsons wifi gaming devices end up what he says lagging please help this has got slower worse over the time I've been with yourselves and I'm getting rather frustrated especially as I'm disabled and at times work from home so today I would have had to go to the hospital to work as my connection is on and off but mostly off.
