3 visits from City Fibre, all good at their end, on my 2nd router now showing good signal but still no WiFi connection. Have gone through all the checks with Sky and City Fibre, still not working. Been going on for 6-7 weeks now since installed. My old WIFI was fine but Sky would not decrease my monthly bill unless I sign up for Sky fibre. Has anyone else had the same problem and what was the outcome. Many thanks.
