Hello, after mostly having no issues, I've come home to find my router isn't connecting to the Internet.
I've unplugged everything as suggested and reset multiple times but no changes.
I've noticed a solid orange light on the router above Voice. Not sure what that's about.
Grateful for any advice.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
