No internet, orange light on Voice

Hello, after mostly having no issues, I've come home to find my router isn't connecting to the Internet. 

 

I've unplugged everything as suggested and reset multiple times but no changes. 

 

I've noticed a solid orange light on the router above Voice. Not sure what that's about. 

 

Grateful for any advice.

@Amezzzzz Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
