No internet or tv and been charged

I still have no internet after two different activations dates and then still unable to activate on the date provided mess left all over my property and with a child under great Ormond street no app communication or machine recording going back to medical profession also updated appointment being missed for a very poorly child all due to no internet services and still taken money by direct debit for services not provided

@Kw35 If you are trying to raise a complaint you would be better to follow the complaint procedure!.
