On saturday internet an phone cut out.
Found out monday a police car smashed into something an it's cut everyones internet an phone in the area an it's not expected to be fixed til saturday.
luckly a friend bought us a usb dongle to use but can we get any money back for the whole week of no internet an phone line from sky?

You can get a credit added to your account but this will not be applied until the outage has been fixed and it will apply from when you first reported the fault to Sky.
