No internet or WiFi connection

The power on the box is on but I can't connect to the internet or WiFi.

@Jen120817 it is possible the connection had been taken down for overnight maintenance if tgst applies it should be back this morning. If it isnt run the service checker in the My Sky app using a mobile connection which will tell you if Sky know about an issue affecting your line. If they dont call them to report the issue shen the lines open in the next hour.
