No internet light, service check says all is ok

Hi I wonder if I'm going mad here. 
got my hub plugged in, checked all connections about 20 times. Power light is solid green, so is the Wi-Fi light, but th internet light is off, flashing orange once or twice when first plugged in and booted up. The service checker says there's nothing wrong but that doesn't seem to be the case?

This explains the lights on the hubs:

So try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
