Mines just gone down at the stroke of Midnight. Power green, Internet was orange, WiFi green, voice orange.
Turned it off and on again.
Internet light is now off.
Funnily enough all the "tests" in the app say its working fine!
If this is an Openreach issue again, I'm cancelling this contract and going with Hyperoptic.

Hello.
Were having the same issue. The internet light is not on.
The test in via the website says everything is fine, but we have no internet.
Can someone from Sky get in touch? The 'support Ai chat is infuritaing and just goes around in circles..

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Tyronne1 no internet light simply means your hub is not connected to the exchange. You can see if Sky know why by logging into the My Sky app over a mobile connection by clicking to run the connection test (ignore the result from the last routine test) if the test does not show a known fault give Sky a ring and report the issue.

We renewed with Sky 2 days ago, the same day our area had an outage. Around 10:40pm tonight, the internet cut completely off my router. No light except power and Wi-Fi. I can't check my landline as we don't have the smart plug, only the one for the internet cable.
what do I do from here? Both my neighbours are with Sky and having no issues except for the area outage, but no problems tonight?
Thinking of just cancelling and going elsewhere at this rate?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@DGPae sounds like a hub issue if there is no internet light at all amber indicates it is trying to connect. If the line is still down this morning after a power down reboot and ache k of the cable give Sky a call to get it checked out. Your voice line sounds to be via the hub if there is a phone socket on the hub so if thehub is down so is the voice line.

I have the same problem and am now 2 weeks without Internet! They sent openreach out. They sent a new router. I have an engineer in my house right now. Nothing!!! Annoyed would be an understatement

My broadband service counted starting today, but I get the same issue of no internet connect and the internet light does not turn on (while the power and wifi light are green. Have done all resets but nothing work. Can Sky staff contact me please?

Yup, have received sms messages from both Openreach and Sky that the broadband is ready yesterday. But the internet light keeps off. My mobile device can connect the wifi but stated no internet connection.

I have the same problem, the internet light is off. I had two technicians yesterday and one this morning. There is no connection to the network as there was none. Sky and Openreach technicians tell you to call Sky yourself. This is a joke, they know it doesn't work and they don't do anything about it
