Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

I run the test but it's saying that there is an issue to finish the test and try later I try later same thing. The phone line is working fine just the hud can't connect to the Internet.

You can call Sky on your landline dial 150, when asked the nature of the call say " Technical ". You may be asked for a mobile number give this if you can, but DO NOT hang up and stay on the line to be dropped into the queue to speak to an advisor.
Lines are open 7am - 10pm, but not all parts of Sky are open later. So it is best to try in the early morning or early evening for the best chance to get through.

Just an update - still no internet as of today. Openreach moved target issue fix date to 31/10, meaning at least month and a half without WiFi

Not sure if anyone can help but I have exactly same issue here. Worked last night all fine this morning I had no Internet light but green wi fi, the voice light is orange. I have done so many tests today but just won't work! Any ideas!? Thank you ☺️

Hey , I'm having this same issue which I only noticed this morning. There is no internet light on my hub but the other two lights are green. I have checked the status service page multiple times and it says there are no current issues in my area. I hav also I tried the reconnection steps which have all proved futile. I am quite as I also can't get an engineer to look into the matter. I have online studies for my uni masters course and currently have to rely on on my mobile internet service which is not always reliable. Please help

Having this problem, was online and it suddenly stopped working, the internet light isn't lit and voice is yellow. Ran the tests and it says my hub is switched off - which it isn't
