No internet light on hub

Recently moved into new home, had a engeneer set up connection last Thursday but we have had no internet inside of the house. Hub is showing green on power and WiFi but no internet. Devices are connecting to the hub but it's not giving any internet.

 

I have done the online checks but they are showing that there shouldn't be an issue with the internet.

@Hoopy2  When you say you ran the checks was this the service checker that shows the little house with your services and it showed green as all okay?

I have done the broadband checks and WiFi checks and both have green tick marks on so it looks like it should be working but no internet connection in the house yet
