@Merighthere Looks like the activation and change over has taken place, you would be best to have sky run a diagnostic from there end first, someone has got it messed up, take a note off your ONT serial number and ask sky to say what you have, do not give it to them first!

Update. Spoke to them yesterday. They sent me a WiFi extender to try solve the problem. Which has arrived today and obviously didnt work. Doesn't really help if I have no Internet to connect to. Which i did tell them wouldnt work. Pillocks. So yet another joyful day spending it on the phone!

Update. After sending me a wifi extender, which did nothing, Another engineer report (3rd one)stating everything is working. It isn't. Why won't they send an engineer to my actual house instead of the junction box in the village?
