No internet in my area

We’ve had no internet in my area for half an hour now we've rebooted it an still nothing my neighbours is also down

hello every day the internet is getting weaker, every 2/3 min the connection drops and then comes back, sometimes I can't even open the google page because it doesn't load, if I go to Sky on the website and read it says there is a good connection, but I contradict you that connection that you say does not exist, do something with the Internet, otherwise you will lose customers. @skysky2

Possibly a wifi problem, rather than your broadband connection. If you post your router statistics (see the post pinned to the top of the forum) someone will tale a look.

We have no internet or voice on the router but Sky says there are no problems?

No internet connection despite sky service checker saying all looks good 😂 Orange lights on the router despite turning it off and on multiple times. Any ideas? Thanks

I bought a new router worth £380, at first it was a router from the company, I thought it was because of the router, but now even with a new router the same thing happens, so is it the internet connection from them or the very strong signal weak that they transmit
