No internet in Oldham Ol4

My internet has just gone off. Having real trouble lately in the Ol4 area and ever since we upgraded a few months ago we have had intermittent internet ever since. We've had a sky engineer out who said we need a broadband engineer. Of course they didn't rock up.  Can this get sorted? Need to work from home and sick of unreliable internet.

Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
