No internet in Lincoln

The Internet just stopped working. I have restarted the router,  but nothing happening. Only the power light comes on, all the other lights that usually flash then turn green when connected are off.

Have you ensured all cables are connected properly on the rear and to the wall/socket?

What type of connection do you have FTTC or FTTP? (FTTC would be a cable connected to a telephone socket, FTTP would be a cable connected to a wall mounted Openreach ONT or similar)
