When there are issues between midnight and 7am it's quite possibly going to be essential overnight maintenance taking place which is carried out then to minimise disruption as most customers are asleep.

I'm in G13 area and been no connection since midnight. Keeps telling me everything looks fine but won't let me run further tests as unavailable right now message comes up. Switched and re set everything router / open reach box / TV. Nothings working. But glad to know it's not just me. Been having low bandwidth problems for last couple of months and being kicked off for some reason. Sick of this full fibre neve had problems with the normal copper wire network. Hope it gets sorted soon. How do we report this.? Everyone I try it keeps telling me my area is working fine?
