Same issue here - EH4.  Phoned sky and said there were no issues in  the area!?  Engineer booked for 25 September!!! I work from home and they told me there was nothing they could do!  Embarrassing service

No internet since 3am in EH11 tried following connection and restarting about 6 times now internet and voice still red very  very annoying. If this is an area connection issue surely they have to send someone out. Virtual chat no help.

Im eh13 i booked an engineer first date was 28th sept booked as it said no problems in area lets hope this gets fixed soon

Another one in EH10 sounds like the same problem. It's still telling me that there is no outage in my area.

Just contacted Sky. They said they are aware of the problem and BT are already working on it. However, they did also say it could take 48 hours.

My connections come back at EH29 but it's still saying there's an outage in my area on my account. Might mean it's coming back for everyone else, not holding my breath it's going to stay connected though

Same here. EN9 area. 24 hours down now, and still no engineer!! Absolute joke
