No internet hope I’m not being charged all the while it’s down!

Internet been down for 12hrs hope I'm not being charged for a service that's not being provided!!

Billing continues as normal as it doesn't stop should an issue occur however depending on what the fault is you might qualify for compensation credit as per this:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/auto-compensation

 

Have you reported the fault to Sky ?
