No internet for nearly 24 hours now

No internet since last night around 9/10pm, been the second time this week i have had issues with the internet, says there is no record of outage in the area but seems to be a sky problem as multiple people are dealing with the same issues, pay so much for awful service and crap services. thank you sky one in a million

If it says here there are no outages and a reboot of your hub at the mains doesn't fix it:

Then try running the line test here:

 

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
