No internet for 3 days now

I got home from work on weds to discover the internet down. This is a bit of an issue as I have sky stream, which doesn't work without broadband.

I looked and it said the issue was being dealt with and now I have just got home to find it still isn't fixed. It's virtually impossible to actually speak to a person. Is there a phone number to report issues? Is there any elway to communicate without trying to navigate a bot
