No internet for 2 days but tests ran say there is no problem

My broadband went down, has been down for 2 days. I ran tests on day 1 it said there was a problem, contacted customer services, I have arranged for an engineer to come out. Day 2: it now says no connection problem, but still can't connect to the internet at all. Tried putting ip address in but can't do this as I can't connect to sky broadband! Has happened twice this month already. What's the solution now? As it shows all good but there is clearly an issue

@Nik1 not sure why the test is showing the wrong information if you have clicked to run the test again, but if you have booked an engineer you will have to wait until that check is complete. You can easily check if your hub is connected by looking at its LEDs.

@Chrisee. Thank you for your reply. I looked at the link, all lights are green and they were yesterday but not on the 1st day, however the BT line box is still showing a fault. So I  will have to wait till Monday I guess. I'm not very happy about the service as this has happened twice this month and along with the internet constantly dropping off for no reason which has been happening for a few months now, it's not great really, especially when you factor in the price you pay for a service you don't receive correctly.
