No internet, flashing green router.

Router constantly flashing green after multiple resets. Clearly and issue going on right now. I'd like to think there's some sort of compensation if not solved by the morning.

No. Auto compensation doesn't kick in until a full loss for more than 2 days. 

When there are issues between midnight and 7am it's quite possibly going to be essential overnight maintenance taking place which is carried out then to minimise disruption as most customers are asleep. Hopefully it'll be back up and running before 7am.
