My internet is not working despite having all green lights on my SkyQ hub and MySky App tests saying no faults found. My TV says there is no connection and my phone does not connect online. How do you report it as it just says everything is fine when it is not!

Yes I have restarted the router and used all of the usual steps from the help pages.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Gareth00001If the turn off and turn on does not work, you could try the 1 hour turn off and then see if you are given that new IP address and see if this does cure your issue.
