No internet connection to my router

Hi, I'm facing some internet issues with my sky broadband from the last Thursday I tried to contact the sky customer support and they texted me that there's a problem outside my house because of some weather conditions and they said they gonna send an engineer. However I got a text from sky saying that the problem has been fixed but still there's no internet connection to my router. Could you please fix this issue ASAP.

I'm a new user.  Exactly the same problem.  Can't set up my tv as there is "no connection to the internet" message on sxreen.  Why?  Engineer reported set up this morning.  I left it until  late afternoon to set up.  Have broadband router working fine.  Have done  everything I can.  No tv for me tonight and no Wi-Fi. Where do I go from here!?

Since they told you it has been fixed have you tried rebooting your hub at the mains, if you have and you still have to internet then try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

Tried everything.  There is no  internet connection. I cannot get a third light on my router since tryingto set up yesterday.  Tests via  Sky's automated system say it is fine. IT ISNT.  I cannot even begin. To set up my tv. I have no Hover now. Nothing in my house works.  I am getting g desperate.  Can anyone give me a phone number to  speak to a real person at SKY   Please!!!

I'm having a similar problem.  Two days now with no phone. No internet. So Alexa doesn't work. Hive doesn't work. No tv or radio.  Silence from Sky who were supposed to text me with update.  Nothing.  I'm a new customer too.  And all the adverts say it's as easy as 1 2 3.   Errrrr
