No internet connection keeps telling me to press eps button to connect sky q box

Internet has dropped out again even though broadband checker says no issues on anything. Gone to strings got to section says press was and still nothing. Turned off all and waited to reset and exactly the same issues

Hi I recently called with same issue and again today it has happened again. The person I spoke to said if it happens again you would need to organise a engineer.
