No internet connection - help appreciated

Hi, I have all three green lights on my openreach box but only two on my Sky router, with Power and WiFi lit up but nothing for Internet or Voice. I have tried all the resets and reboots but nothing has changed. I'm supposed to be working from here tomorrow. I'd really appreciate any help.

@DavidDDDD All you can do is have a run on the service checker and the diagnostic checker to see if anything is found, 3 green on the ONT is good, but the issue is then from the sky hub!.

 

If you haven’t done it already use the below link to check to see if there are any broadband problems or outages nearby
