No internet connection had an engineer come out and he couldn’t fix it so replaced the box this work

No internet, engineer could not fix it so swapped box this worked for a month same error occurred have done everything suggested not worked so ordered a new box, plugged it in today and it has not solved the problems and now will not pair with the card
