No internet connection despite sky broadband check saying everything is working.
On router there is a red light instead of green for internet. Turned router off and on 3 times. Internet still not working.

@Fab-Jan26 If your internet has been off for less than 1 hour then the data you are seeing is when the system checked and showed that everything was all okay. If after an hour it is showing an issue follow the directions shown to try resolve the issue.
