No internet connection - but apparently no issues when running connection test

New to Sky, was working fine with to streaming and Wi-Fi.

 

turned to in yesterday and - 'no internet connection' turned off hub and restarted, and internet connection came back,

 

same has happened this morning, but restart hasn't worked


The Wi-Fi network is visible on my phone but doesn't work.

 

Everything is plugged in correctly and was working fine last night.

 

how do I get this up and running again. Work from home and need Wi-Fi

@Ed74 check tge lights on your hub https://www.sky.com/help/home/broadband/sky-broadband-equipment/sky-hub/lights-on-my-sky-hub/article... if tgey show the connection is down and the online service checker in the My Sky app run overca mobile connection is not telling you Sky arexaware of a fault call Sky tobreport the issue.


You are choosing to use what is sold as a domestic connection for work which is fine but it wont change the fact that it is likely to be Wednesday that an engineer can check your line so plan forthe worst.

That checker sends me round in circles - still apparently no issues with the connection, but the internet light on the hub is off.

power and Wi-Fi are green

voice is orange 

 

No internet connection. Seems that I cannot even get through to Sky until 9am????

@Ed74 Lines should open at 8am for the help side, No router light no internet, did the checker NOT indicate if there was an area fault that sky perhaps new about.
