Router shows no error lights
Router had been hard reset
Running tests via sky website reports no issue
None of my devices can connect to the internet
Phone says "connected but can't provide internet"

Find out more@Simol777 judging by the number of posts this morning it sounds like Sky have an issue with at least one of their radius server that manage connections. Literally your hub is properly connected but no data flows often because you lose connection the Sky's DNS. Powering down for an hour normally works but if you need connectivity urgently adding a public DND address to your devices network set up msy help Googlle's public DNS is popular its addresses are 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.
