Hello
Could you please help me to sort out the issue with the voice orange light on my broadband please?
Other lights are staying green, however there is no internet connection because of the orange voice light.
Looking for your help.

Hi,
Yes I did a few times - all looks fine after the test - it looks like I'm connected but in rreal I'm not.

Keep an eye out for an invite or blue chat bubble.
When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
If you are using Safari please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the blue bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.
I would also recommend that if not already on, that you turn email/private message notifications on to avoid missing any alerts

i gave up and came upstairs about 1.40am. when i got bk in bed netflix was working. why does this happen

the voice light on my Sky hub turns orange pretty much daily with wifi dropping off - only fix so far is to turn off and back on. Is Skycawsre if this as seems a common fault and is there a permanant fix?

My voice light keeps turning orange on my sky hub & I have no WiFi. All lights green on ONT. Issue resolved by doing a hard reset but it's 3-4 times a week & so annoying, especially when I work hybrid! Issue only started when I upgraded to full fibre?

Thats the same issue i have which is still ongoing and no signs of a fix from Sky yet as far as i know
