I am having same problem and have gone through all checks yet my hub has orange lights on

Same problem here. Rebooted router, restarted openreach box. Nternet light on router blank, LOS light on openreach box also blank (neither red nor green, not lit at all).

Same problem here, BT5. Really annoying that the checker says there are no issues. It is obviously not attempting to check the path to the hub through the Internet.
