No internet connection - WiFi light on but no internet light on router keeps flashing but won’t stay

Internet is not working.

WiFi and power lights green but internet continually flashing orange but won't connect.

run a test online as says everything good and reset router but still hasn't fixed the issue.

We have the same issue since Friday. Been told we have to wait a week for an engineer.

Was this resolved for you? Have the same issue and engineer isn't available for 8 days. Really frustrating, makes me want to change providers.
