No internet connection. Did all steps advised (reset, power off, unplugged) but still no internet Connection. On router dimmed green light on internet connection and as per app there are no issues in my area and broadband is working in my house - but is clearly not working

@Danguole  Is this the test that you ran to see if there was an issue with your broadband in the link below.https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
