I'm having trouble with my Internet. No connection for over an hour yesterday, and again no connection for the last almost two hours. Got a new router today so that's not the problem. Tried the "test your broadband" multiple times, result always "everything is fine". It isn't thought, because, as I said, I do not have ant Internet access. Same problem for others in my building.
Tried all the online advice, didn't help.
No phone number to be found anywhere.
Help, please? Need Internet access for work!
