If it is maitenance then the least sky could do is send out a curtesy text/email letting people know.
I'm not aware of any isp doing that.

I'd love to ring Sky but don't have a number - I normally use 150 on the landline but that is down also!! Having to use my phone as a hotspot so I can get on the internet on my laptop!!! Grrr!

@RoseDave you can find numbers either by following the contact us links on every web page or a simple search but if using search only use numbers starting 03 to avoid rip off call forwarding servuces.

Hi I have had nothing but trouble since I went with sky & now everything has gone down again but this time the silly talking robot has told me open reach have to come out & that will take at least 2 working days & it's only Saturday night now so what I'm I meant to do for at least 4 days with no internet or tv,got grandkids here as well young ones can't really go taking them out in this heat but now not a lot to do at home.Well done sky for messing up my time with them

I know it must be very frustrating but the timing is hardly Skys fault. Outages happen and the service level agreement in the UK between ISP’s and Openreach for fixing a fault is 2 WORKING DAYS which is the usual quoted time as Openreach claim to fix faults within that timeframe in 85+% of cases. Hope it's resolved soon.
