No internet but speed test says “everything is fine”

My internet dropped around 11pm this evening and when I ran tests sky told me everything worked great. I have reset, unplugged, turned on and off to resolve but it still gives me an orange internet light. I keep being redirected to the resolve it myself page and because of the time I can't call a real person to figure out what's happened. Why is sky telling me I have a great connection and everything works when I very clearly don't have internet access.

Same issue here. According to sky test no issues but is happening frequently now.

Literally came back online as I posted a reply.. try resetting now.

I'm having the same issue. 
I have 2 green lights and the internet light it orange. I've tried everything I usually do to correct it

Still no access, few times now it's done this, anyone else upgraded to the fibre? Seems all my issues have started since my upgrade!

I'm having the same issue, I have screen shots also. This happens to me most nights and I'm sick to death of it now!

Getting so annoyed with it now. I've reset it 9 times. I've gone through everything. But anytime I book an engineer to come fix it, it magically works the next day. It's annoying
