No internet but service check tells me everything is fine

Hi I have no internet connection WiFi is fine so I can connect to hub but that's it. All lights on fibre box on wall and hub appear as normal but I cannot connect. I have run service check many times and it tells me everything is fine. But we cannot use sky stream or any other devices . Tried turning everything on and off and running service check again to no avail

If your Sky broadband isn’t working and you haven’t done it yet use this link to check to see if there are any broadband problems or outages nearby.

This should determine if there's an identified fault, perhaps affecting multiple households.

If there aren't any then try running the line test here
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

Once completed, if it reports back that all is good click on 'broadband' to run an updated test. If you get amber or red you need to follow the on-screen instructions.

If you’re still having problems you may need to contact Sky to report it. The easiest way is to dial 150 free from your Sky Talk landline if it’s still working.

Sky broadband being discussed here is a domestic service and whilst it's fine for those customers working from home to use it, they won't receive additional or quicker support.

@Daniel0210 Thanks I tried all those options yesterday apart from the reporting. I did just turn off the fibre wall box for about an hour and then back on again and now - as saw this change change the node in another post - and everything now seems to be working as it should. I guess I will never know if this cured the problem or it was 'fixed' by Sky during this time. But thanks for your help nonetheless.
