No internet but says connected

Hun says connected but no internet light. 
looked at all the discussions and ran all the tests to no avail. Ridiculous that you cannot contact anybody! 
help as do not know what to do next - will be getting rid of sky when the contracts up because it is such a faff to easily speak to someone

I have this issue right now too... But it has been happening to us on and off for about 2 months now... No help, and when nearly everything needs an Internet connection and it costs so much it's ridiculous...

Same here in Wrexham. No internet but no issues found when runnng the wifi checks.

I’m in London and keep having this issue! Getting sick of it now for the amount I'm paying monthly, you'd expect a better service.

Mine fixes then goes a day or 2 later so sky won't do anything, it has been fine since I originally replied then today it keeps going on and off again 🙈
