No internet but says WiFi is connected

Saturday morning when I called I was advised here was an outage in my area, then the internet came back on and since this  the internet keeps coming on and saying on for most of the day then it get to about 6 o'clock at night and then it goes off and says off all night I have unplugged the router and plugged it back about 50 times and it's just the same

@Lp18 check the Service Checker in My Sky app to see if it still tells you there is an area fault. If it does unfortunstely you will have to be patient until thst is fixed. However if the checker does notvshowca fault call Sky and report your continueing issue. Rebooting the router will not clear a line issue.

I have done all that as I am not stupid and I have checked everything on the sky website and must have restarted the hub about 50 times and the power light is on and the WiFi light but not the internet light
